HAF Feedback
We have been requested to gather children’s feedback (‘child voice’) on their experience participating in our sport, art and play camps at The Bridge leisure centre in the Christmas holiday.
Please talk to your child to provide answers (if multiple children complete one form per child) to the questions below by the end of Wednesday 26th January.
Responses can be provided anonymously if preferred.
Summary information of all responses will be shared with West Sussex County Council HAF programme administrators
