Holbrook Victorious in Badminton Comp

Holbrook won the Horsham Primary Schools Badminton Matchplay Competition yesterday at The Bridge leisure centre. Two schools entered the event, Heron Way being the other one, providing some exciting play in front of their teachers which included the headteachers from both.

The early stages of the event involved a warm-up and some informal skills-based competition before the round-robin of pairs teams was engaged. The event was concluded with some doubles play to complete a varied afternoon of shuttle bashing.
