·       Any primary school in the Horsham District

·       Schools run their own scoring events

AGE/GENDER/ELIGIBILITY

·       Year 3 pupils in any gender balance

TEAM SIZE/ENTRY

·       As many year 3 pupils in the school who want to participate

DATES/TIMES

·      Scores can be obtained at any point during the school year

.      Submit scores by email by 30 June 2024 at latest

COST

·       £1.25 per child administration and certificate fee

RULES

·       See quadkids manual (pages 4-8) for how to organize disciplines

·       Also see www.quadkids.org

·       As much practice allowed as you want but submitted results should be obtained from a pre-designated ‘event’ where ideally all disciplines done in turn (eg Red Class will do its event session on 4/6/24 but practice in the first half of the summer term in preparation)

·       We trust in schools to submit results accurately and fairly

·       Please submit all your children’s results that take part on the scoresheet below or something similar. Please do not  filter out weaker results as at this level participation (rather than performance) is everything. We even ask you send results where there is one or more no-scores

YEAR 3 QUADKIDS SCORES SUMMARY

FORMAT

·       Disciplines: 50m sprint, 400m run, standing long jump, mini-howler throw

·       For each child email best score (achieved on the designated testing event date) in each of the above disciplines along with full name, date of birth and year group

·       As organisers we will decide the best way to compare schools based on all the data sets we receive by the 30/6/24 return deadline
