Age/gender/eligibility | · Year 3+4 and 5+6 pupils of any gender balance in separate competitions · Younger pupils can play at school discretion |
Team size/entry | · 3-a-side on pitch, maximum squad size 5 · Schools can enter as many teams as they wish although we may need to pare down the number allowed from a particular school if demand exceeds the 15 team capacity |

Weather considerations | · If there is a need to cancel communication will be made as soon as possible · Children should dress appropriately in accordance with the prevailing weather conditions, including bringing extra clothes to wear if it’s cold and whilst waiting between matches |
Kit considerations | · Teams should be in uniform colours as far as possible, but bibs will be available in the event of clashing kits · Bring a minimum of one practice ball per team and make sure it’s marked to avoid mix ups |
Parking and spectators | · Kingslea car park or roadside outside |
Ethos/Fair Play | · Fun and participation as opposed to win-at-all-costs · No trophies/ no medals – certificates for all (winners, runners up, participation achievement recognised) |

Format Guidance | · Will be advised shortly after entry deadline referred to below · Main formatting principle will be round-robin to provide lots of games for all teams irrespective of success level · We will also aim to stand teams more by ability from the second meeting onwards |

Conditions | · Invoicing will be undertaken at booking deadline · No refunds will be issued for schools/teams that drop out after booking deadline · Additional teams can be accepted after the booking deadline at the discretion of the organisers · In the event of a bad weather cancellation and where a re-arrangement process is undertaken no refunds will be issued |
