Rules

None, the activities are participatory with some gentle and informal competition built in

Format

Carousel of activity stations. Each station will involve some skill and rule-based learning and building towards a go at playing the game in a proper or adapted fashion.

Weather considerations

We have reference to the indoor athletics hall for temporary cover and contingency planning. However if an event is fully booked and the forecast and prevailing weather conditions are conclusive and very poor we may cancel the event beforehand, communicating as early as possible with schools on such a decision.

Kit considerations

All provided

Parking and spectators

There is plenty of parking in the leisure centre car park. Parents are able to watch activities in the outdoor athletics stadium and the outdoor multicourts but there is not enough space in the indoor athletics area to accommodate spectators

Toilets

Available in the athletics stadium and in the main leisure centre building
