Tax Free Childcare and Childcare Vouchers

Horsham Sports Services is Ofsted registered and parents can now pay for our Holiday Sport and Playscheme Days through the Tax Free Childcare (TFC) or Childcare Voucher approaches.

Booking Process

STEP 1 – book your child’s place on the holiday section of the Horsham Sports Services online booking site https://bookwhen.com/horshamsportsservices and use discount code: Childcare100 to ensure you do not pay for the place.

STEP 2 – once the place is secured follow up as soon as possible by covering the cost with Tax Free Childcare or Childcare Vouchers. If payment not received within 7 days the booking will be deleted. Please pay the amount of the ticket you choose eg if you book an early bird ticket pay the early bird rate on it. If part payment only then pay the balance to bank account: Horsham Sports Services, number 27372469, sort code 04-03-33 using your surname as the reference.
