Nearly 180 school year 3 and 4 children from nine local primary schools came through a rain-laden Quadkids Athletics District Sports experience with flying colours at The Bridge’s athletics stadium this morning. Those usual suspects Southwater topped the standings, Holbrook provided a surprise by taking second and big hitters Heron Way had to settle for third on this occasion.

Southwater’s total of 2817 was 118 in front of the next challenger and the Southies will be pleased that their children got the most points in each of the year 3 and year 4 sub-sections. 

Big thanks go to all the school volunteers who helped make the event go smoothly despite the inclement weather.
