Saints Make a Quick March

Netball Division A gets ever more exciting. This week All Saints made their move for the top spot winning both its games on the night in impressive style, most notably inflicting a first Phase 2 defeat on fellow title challengers, Nuthurst A, 5-1.  Shelley A were their other victim, 9-0.

Southwater A took charge of the mid-table region with a 3-1 win over Nuthurst B. In their second game they demolished Leechpool B by scoring 16 without reply.

Shelley A gained their first win of the second stage, an exciting 4-3 encounter with North Heath but it was not enough to lift them off the bottom.

The final meeting takes place in two weeks’ time and it’s going to be fascinating to see how both the top, middle and bottom sectors of the table finally pan out.
