All Saints School, Horsham has gone into the outright lead of the Horsham Primary Schools Netball League Division A after tonight’s second meeting.

They maintained their one hundred percent record with another two wins. Kingslea A were their first victims but did not succumb without a fight, the score ending 6-2. Kingslea B were despatched with greater ease, 10-1, with the Kingslea defenders struggling to clear their lines, especially in the first half when All Saints’ hyper-mobile centre player intercepted pass after pass.

Leechpool A are their nearest challengers. They also have won all their games but have inferior goal difference. On the night they put four without reply against both Nuthurst and Southwater A teams..

Shelley A edged third place over Nuthurst largely as a consequence of hammering Kingslea B 9-0. However their winning streak was ended by the Nutties 6-2.

Southwater A gained ground on the top half teams by beating its B team 8-1, although it should be noted that the score was 7-0 at half time so well done to the Southies’ second string for showing great character to rally after half time.

Kingslea A moved away from basement territory largely courtesy of a 4-1 win over Southwater B.

Southwater and Kingslea B teams prop up the table, both with four points. Southwater B scored another two goals and Kingslea got their first so hope springs eternal for them both.
