Age/gender/eligibility | · Year 6 Tournament – no gender restrictions · Year 5+6 Girls Tournament – girls only · Year 5 Tournament – no gender restrictions · Year 4 Tournament – no gender restrictions · Year 3 Tournament – no gender restrictions · Teams must only contain players aged in the appropriate year group (ie no playing up or down) NOTE: Year 3+4 Girls Cup is promoted separately in the summer term section |

Cost | · £42 per team meeting |
Weather considerations | · If a cancellation decision is necessary, all efforts will be made to communicate to schools in as quickly as possible |
Kit considerations | · Moulded stud boots or astro trainers best. Conventional trainers also allowed · All children should wear shin pads with long socks · Teams should be in uniform colours as far as possible but bibs will be available in the event of clashes |
Parking and spectators | · Access route is to park at The Bridge leisure centre or in Tescos and walk over the footbridge that goes over the A24. Please do not access through Tanbridge House School |
Ethos/Fair Play | · Fun and participation as opposed to win-at-all-costs · No trophies/ no medals – certificates for all (winners, runners up, participation achievement recognised) . Horsham Primary PE/Sport Association Codes of Conduct Download |
Rules | Where a match decider is required (ie semis and final) then 3-penalties per side approach will be used and time allowed in the schedule for this contingency Note there will be a combination of independently sourced referees and teachers confident to referee. Participating schools will be contacted prior to the event to confirm whether they can contribute a referee |
Format Guidance | Fixtures schedule to be advised shortly after entry deadline Likely to be two divisions as equal in number of teams as possible playing each other in a round-robin and feeding into a semi-finals and final based play-off |
