The Horsham Primary Schools Netball League resumed for its second half tonight at The Bridge leisure centre with the Division 1 teams coming together. One of the best netball meetings of recent years resulted with lots of goals scored and a topsy-turvy set of scores.

A super Year 6 Mixed Football Tournament at Tanbridge tonight. Southwater emerged victorious from a topsy-turvy Upper Tier group as Heron Way failed to convert their advantage going into the last round. The Middle Tier was similarly unpredictable, Castlewood A winning it despite their last match defeat. More clarity however in the Lower Tier with St Mary’s Horsham going on an unstoppable winning streak to win out.

The annual Horsham Primary Schools Swimming Gala ran at Pavilions in the Park this afternoon with seven schools taking part. Three schools entered the A teams event which was for teams that included some or all club swimmers. Secven took part in the B teams event in which club swimmers were excluded.

Another fantastic primary schools dodgeball competition at The Bridge tonight. This time it was the year 3+4s taking the stage and it was Holbrook who came through as champions. 11 teams from 9 schools convened inside the indoor athletics centre with the weather bad outside.

Seven two-man teams from three local primary schools assembled at The Forest School, Horsham today to contest a table tennis skills festival, and it was Northolmes’ A team of Ollie and Elliot who ended up winning it with a massive total of 494 points. A mixed Kingslea/Castlewood team of Roman and Joe took second with 425 and Castlewood’s J Force of Josh and Josh took third with 403.

Hot on the heels of winning the year 5 sports hall athletics event two weeks ago  Southwater Junior Academy were at it again at Forest School on Thursday adding the year 6 title to their name.
