Herons Set Pace, All Saints Lead the Chase in Division 2 of Netball League
Phase 2 of the Netball League Division B opened tonight in windy and wet weather at The Bridge. Heron Way B brought a large squad in order to play all their fixtures on the first night given an inability to make the second date.

Last Gasp Glory for Southwater
A last minute goal for Southwater to break the deadlock with Kingslea in the last round of matches made for a dramatic climax to the Horsham Primary Schools Year 5+6 Girls Football Tournament on the Tanbridge astroturf tonight.

Leechpool Cruise Through Netball Re-Start
The Horsham Primary Schools Netball League got underway again tonight at The Bridge in the midst of early spring sunshine. Unfortunately Southwater had to drop out late so they conceded their planned games and seven teams were left to contest the first of two Phase 2 Division 1 meetings that will decide where glory goes.

Southwater Win Year 6 Football Comp
A super year 6 open football tournament at Tanbridge tonight with Southwater triumphing convincingly over Leechpool A in the final 2-0. 14 teams entered made for a slightly challenging fixture schedule with two groups of four teams and two groups of three in Phase 1.

Kingslea and Holbrook Enjoy Badminton Competitions
A super morning of badminton competition ran at Kingslea School this morning as two host teams were joined by two teams from Holbrook School to first do some skills work before engaging in a team-based singles round-robin and then a doubles tournament.

Heavens Above as All Saints and St Mary’s Win Swim Gala Glory
The annual Horsham Primary Schools Swimming Gala ran at Pavilions in the Park this afternoon with eight schools taking part. Three schools entered the A teams event which was for teams that included some or all club swimmers. Eight took part in the B teams event in which club swimmers were excluded.
